At the same time, we sand the surface of the boards to remove burrs and defects, making the surface of the boards smooth and flat, which can be used directly without additional polishing, greatly improving the customer's construction efficiency.

In addition, we have established a complete quality inspection system. 

From the incoming inspection of raw materials, every process in the production process to the outgoing inspection of finished products, professional quality inspectors control the whole process. Each batch of T&G pine plywood will undergo moisture content testing, bonding strength testing and weather resistance testing to ensure that the boards can maintain stable performance in different environments and avoid deformation, cracking and other problems.
