2. What makes your plywood different from other Chinese suppliers?
Three core advantages: stable batch consistency, low deformation rate, and customized glue/formaldehyde options. We implement full-process quality control from veneer sorting, cold/hot pressing to final grading. All panels have consistent thickness, flat surface, and stable internal bonding — ideal for high-volume furniture framing and long-term structural use.
3. Do you have valid certification for imported markets?
Yes. We provide FSC certification, CE, CARB P2, TSCA, and E0 formaldehyde emission reports.

4. What types of plywood do you supply?
Main product range:
Furniture-grade plywood: fine veneer, no voids, for cabinet, wardrobe and interior decoration
Structural construction plywood: F17 standard, waterproof glue, for building formwork and framing
Melamine faced plywood: multi-color options for finished interior panels
Sofa frame plywood: high hardness, anti-warp, perfect for indoor sofa & upholstery frames
5. Can I customize size, thickness, veneer and glue grade?
Yes. We support full customization: custom dimensions (cut-to-size), core composition, face veneer (pine, poplar, birch, hardwood), glue type (MR, WBP, phenolic), and formaldehyde level (E0/E1/CARB P2). MOQ applies for special custom specifications.
6. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard stocked specs: 1 x 40HQ container. Mixed loading of different thicknesses is allowed in one full container. Small trial orders (half container or LCL) are acceptable based on current stock availability.

7. Can I get free samples before placing an order?
We provide free panel samples; clients only cover the courier freight. We can send physical cut samples, lab test reports, and production video for your quality verification before mass production.
8. What is your production lead time?
Stock items: 7 working days
Standard custom orders: 15–20 working days after deposit received
Special certification or complex specs: 20–30 working days
9. Can we visit your factory?
Warmly welcome. You can schedule an offline factory visit to check production lines, QC process, and stock warehouse. We also support online live video tours anytime.
Payment & Shipping
10. What are your payment terms?
Standard term: 30% TT deposit + 70% balance against copy of B/L. For long-term cooperative clients, we can offer flexible payment terms based on credit record. We do not support full prepaid for new clients to protect both parties.
11. What trade terms do you offer?
We support FOB, CFR, CIF to global main ports.
Quality & After-sales
13. How do you guarantee quality before shipment?
Each shipment undergoes 3-time inspection: raw material check → online production QC → final container loading inspection. We provide inspection photos, videos, and official quality reports before shipment.
14. What is your after-sales policy?
If any quality issue caused by our production is confirmed after receiving goods, we will provide compensation, re-production or discount solution based on real evidence (photos, videos, third-party testing). We track every container until clients finish sales smoothly.
15. How can I get a quick quotation?
Simply send us your required size, thickness, quantity, application (sofa/construction/furniture) and destination port. We will send the formal quotation with spec sheet, loading calculation and lead time within 24 hours.
